1. Delivery Times

Our team strives to fulfill and ship your order within 7-14 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping durations are as follows:

USA: 7-14 business days

International: 7-20 business days

Products are made on-demand and shipped from distribution centres across the USA.

2. Order Not Received

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame, please follow these steps before reaching out to us:

Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

Inquire at your local post office to ensure they do not have your package.

Contact your neighbours to see if the package was delivered there.

Please note: USPS is currently experiencing delays. Kindly exercise patience during this time.

If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your order, contact us at hello@artbyprin.com with your order number.

3. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

Contact your local post office to confirm if they have your package.

If the issue persists, report a claim via your respective shipping company to initiate an investigation.

4. Order Issues

– Missing Items:

Sometimes, items from your order may be shipped separately. If you have concerns about missing items, email us at help@artbyprin.com.

– Damaged or Wrong Products:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@artbyprin.com within 10 days of receiving the product with photos and your order number. We’ll work towards a resolution within 10 business days.

– Address Issues:

If you provided the wrong address and your order was returned to sender, please contact us at hello@artbyprin.com with the correct address. If the item hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update the address. If the order is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we’ll provide refunds for damaged or incorrect items. Email us at hello@artbyprin.com within 10 days of receiving the product with photos and your order number to initiate a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders returned to sender due to incorrect addresses.
